Nurturing Young Minds with Experience
Hello! My name is Alejandra Vargas de Gomar, and I am the proud owner of Gomis Daycare, where I have dedicated over more than 16 years to fostering the growth and development of young children.
As a bilingual childcare provider fluent in both Spanish and English, I am passionate about creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of the families I serve. Throughout my career, I have prioritized building strong foundations for children, helping them thrive academically, emotionally, and socially during their early years.

From Motherhood to Professional Excellence
In addition to my professional role, I am a proud mother of three wonderful daughters, aged 22, 20, and 16.
Shaped by Motherhood
Raising my girls has been one of the greatest joys of my life and has profoundly shaped my understanding of family dynamics and child development.
The Heart of Motherhood
Motherhood has taught me the importance of creating an environment filled with love, patience, and understanding for every child.
Bridging Expertise and Empathy
I bring not only my professional expertise but also my personal experience as a mother into my work, which helps me connect with parents and better understand their challenges and aspirations for their children.

A Journey of Lifelong Learning
Currently, I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marriage and Family Studies at Brigham Young University-Idaho, with a strong focus on child development courses. This academic pursuit reflects my commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest research and practices in childcare and family education.
My goal is to further enhance my ability to support families and empower children, combining practical experience with evidence-based knowledge to create a lasting impact in my community.
Building Strong Kids
At Gomis Daycare, we’re dedicated to helping children grow with confidence and resilience. Our expert care and nurturing environment set the foundation for a successful future.
